London: Former Friends star Jennifer Aniston has doled out some advice on relationships, and why some are not easy to get along with.
In an interview on The Ticket, Aniston, 41, talks about how she feels better than she ever has, and doled out her take on what makes relationships so difficult these days.
"We're all a lot more complicated. We've also become more wary and more demanding, maybe," the Mirror quoted her as saying.
"Men and women are developing higher expectations and sometimes that creates too much pressure because your partner is not always going to be everything you want.
"We have to learn to appreciate our differences and enjoy the fact that we all evolve differently over time. So it's only natural that couples have to adjust to those changes.
"If you're open to that, it can be interesting and you can make that part of your journey together. Relationships are not static things. You have to keep communicating and trying to understand your partner," she added.

Jennifer Aniston to launch her own fragrance
Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston is reportedly working on a new fragrance for the last 20 months and plans to launch it in style.
"Jen has yet to get 100 percent behind any name, but the one she favours is 'Aniston'," Ok! magazine quoted a source as saying.
However, some of the ad executives behind the perfume really disliked the name. Another suggestion, "Echo," was also rejected." Jen wants to unleash some really glamorous commercials on TV, once her perfume is named.
"It's all about capturing the idea of romance and freedom at any age, but it's hard to do that in just one word," the source added.

Jennifer Aniston is the latest celeb to create a perfume line, but the launch reportedly has been delayed because the “Friends” actress can’t decide on a name, reported OK! Magazine. Jen reportedly has been working on the project for almost two years, but has yet to come up with a suitable title for her creation.
The actress wanted the scent to be simply called “Aniston,” but that was deep-sixed by the ad execs, along with her other fave, “Echo.” How about “High Maintenance?” That seems to capture her eau de Jen.
